• Hourly Rate Option: For a flexible approach, I offer cleaning at $45 per person per hour for all cleans, charged in 30-minute increments.

• Move-In/Move-Out Cleans: Comprehensive cleaning designed to prepare your space for a fresh start or a new chapter. Available on weekends for move-ins and move-outs. Please note, there is no discount for move-in/move-out cleans.

• Deep Cleaning Add-On: Add a splash of sparkle with our Doodle’s Deep Clean Delight! For just $59, you can enhance your regular cleaning package with additional thorough cleaning options. This add-on is available only for current clients receiving regular maintenance cleans.

Yes, Doodles Clean is fully insured with over $2 million in liability coverage, and all team members are background checked to ensure your home is in safe hands. I encourage you to always ask for proof of insurance and background checks from anyone doing work in your home.

It’s not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning. Many clients provide me with access instructions or keys. However, if you prefer to be present, that’s perfectly fine too. I do ask that free parking is available for us to service your home, and I’ll need this information when booking—it helps us ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your clean!

I know life can be unpredictable, and I'm here to help you navigate changes. Here’s how my cancellation and rescheduling fees work:

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: I’ll charge half of the package price.

• Less than 4 hours’ notice: The full package price will apply.

• Rescheduling with less than 12 hours’ notice: A $50 fee will be added.

The duration of our cleaning services varies based on the size of your home and the type of service:

First-Time Cleanings:

• Typically take between 3 to 10 hours. As these are billed hourly, the total time is an estimate and may vary based on the condition of your home.

Maintenance Cleanings:

• Expect the cleaning to take between 2 to 6 hours.

Move-In/Move-Out Cleans:

• These can range from 3 to 15+ hours, depending on the size of the home, level of soil, and frequency of professional cleanings. As these are billed hourly, estimates are approximate and may vary until I start the job.

I work diligently to make sure every corner is sparkling and will keep you informed throughout the process.

I want to keep things as simple as possible for you! I currently accept Cash or E-Transfer, with payment expected within 21 days of your cleaning service. If payment isn’t received by then, a late fee of $50 will apply, and the full balance will need to be settled before we can continue making your home sparkle.

Good news! I currently do not charge GST as I'm still a small but mighty business. I hope to grow enough—maybe even by 2025—to qualify for a GST number. Rest assured, all revenue Doodles Clean earns is reported to the CRA, and I always provide invoices. If you ever need an old copy, we’re happy to help!
